About Me

Welcome to The Wanderers’ Well.  I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Fibromyalgia in 2004. Experiencing serious, chronic illness at a young age has profoundly affected who I am today and the course of my life.  As a solitary student of spirituality since the age of 10,  nutrition since my early 20’s, and psychology in college and beyond, I am passionate about how we can become more aware, healthy, and empowered in our lives in spite of or in response to the challenges we face as human beings.

About This Blog

At The Wanderers’ Well, I explore topics pertaining to health, psychology, spirituality, relationships, and self-empowerment.  I chose the name The Wanderers’ Well for several reasons: I think of a “wanderer” as a truth-seeker and journeyer, navigating through the complexities of life. The imagery of a well and water symbolize both nourishment and wisdom.  I don’t have all the answers but this is a place where I share openly and honestly about what I have learned and what I am still in the process of learning. I warmly welcome you to join me in this exploration.
